Accommodation in Vienna

July 14 - 26, 2024

In Vienna, all students will stay at the SMARTments business Vienna Main Station. 

The participants will be accommodated in double rooms with comfortable beds and free wifi. All rooms are furnished with ensuite shower and toilet and are non-smoking. 

Facilities offered by the served apartment house include a fully equipped kitchen.

Accommodation in Prague

July 26 - 30, 2024

For the trip to Prague, participants of the European Studies program are accommodated at the Hotel Ostaš. The hotel is located approx. 25 minutes from the historical center of the capital.

The hotel is located within a safe and quiet neighborhood.

  • Location: accessibility to public transport hubs and close to the historic center of Prague.
  • Public transport: BUS City - "U Památníku" stop, TRAM City - "Victoria Žižkov" stop,
    METRO - on the line B/C "Florenc" or on the line C "Hlavní nádraží"


The participants will stay in shared apartments (double rooms). All rooms are equipped with shower, toilet and wifi.

Arrival in Munich

  • July 30, 2024

Departure 

  • European Studies with German Language Class: August 30, 2024 (10 a.m.) at the latest
  • European Studies Intensive: August 10, 2024 (10 a.m.) at the latest

Student Residence

  • European Studies with German Language Class:
    The participants, who have booked a room with us, will reside in single rooms in one of the student residences in Munich. The student housing facilities are all located close to bus or subway stations all around the city. The trip by public transport takes approximately 30 minutes to the class room.


  • European Studies Intensive: 

The participants will reside in the student residence "Wichernhaus" at Mathildenstraße 4, 80336 Munich. The student housing facility is directly in the city center and is only a few subway stops away from the classroom.

About the rooms

  • Students will be accommodated in double rooms with bathroom. 
  • The rooms are equipped with bedding (sheets and blankets) which can be washed at one of the laundry rooms in the building.
  • The communal kitchen of the house is at your disposal. There you can prepare your own meals.
  • Towels will not be provided. We ask you to acquire these items according to your own personal needs.
  • During their stay, each student is responsible to clean their room by themselves.
  • The entire house is supplied with free WiFi. It connected with 250 Mbit/s, so that sufficient bandwidth is available.

Important note

The rooms are state-subsidized living spaces. Due to the high demand for living space in Munich, we are pleased that the rooms from a contingent made available to MISU.

Please note that the rooms are tailored to students' needs and financial means. Therefore, please do not expect luxurious facilities.

The students are responsible for the cleanliness of the rooms by themselves. 

Accommodation is subject to availability. A selection of preferences is usually not possible. Students with health impairments are asked to inform us in the application process.
